AIR2016 Pillow top challenge

I got the idea to make a baby card from the Gina K video ... I think she mentioned it could look like a baby blanket ... and I happen to need a baby card. My friend's daughter just had a boy and his room is decorated with turtles.

Stamps : Inky Antics turtle, SU sentiment and banner die
Colored with Prismacolor pencils.
Sentiment is pop dotted.
