Happy Fall mail swap card

embossed some yellow cardstock with a leaves EF from the paper studio. Lightly inked the raised areas with some ground espresso and carved pumpkin distress ink. For my focal panel, I ran some Bristol paper through the same EF and rubbed gelatos in yellow, orange, red and gold over it. With a damp paper towel, I rubbed off the excess. Once it was dry, I coated the entire piece in versamark ink and heat embossed some UTEE over it. Next I watered down some white acrylic paint and flicked over the piece. The leaf image(inkadinkado) was inked up with ground espresso and carved pumpkin and I inked around the torn edges with it. TFL :)

Thank you, LeighAnn for this lovely card! I want to add that the gelato layer with the UTEE on it really shines in person! I was not sure whether that was layers of regular embossing powder, but as you state it is UTEE and that accounts for the great shine! I really like the leaf stamp in those varied colors. Smile

Oh so pretty! I am happy to see your creative cards once again! Love your combination of dry and heat embossing. I think the paint flicks look great with leaves. Thanks for playing!

I like how you embossed two papers and layered them. The multicolor leaf is really pretty. Yay! You're back in stampin' mode! Beautiful card!
