Stencilled ATCs

I cut the backgrounds at 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 so that I could add the blue border to these. I made waves by using Stickles across the ATC. I put some mesh behind each fish. I stamped the fish, fussy cut them and pop dotted them to the ATC. The fish are from Close To My Heart. I added google eyes and glittery enamel dots to finish the ATCs.
