Creative Challenge - Torn edge stenciling

Yesterday I bought some Fresco Finish Chalk Acrylic (Paper Artsy) paints at my LSS. They are opaque, so I decided to try them out on black paper using Heidi's torn edge stencil challenge. Sorry that more of the torn edge isn't showing ... this probably wasn't the best layout, but I really wanted to use the stacked animal image with the mini chicken wire stencil. I dabbed the paint through the stencil with a make up sponge.

Stamp : Stampabilities - Rooster Pig Cow stack, Heidi Grace sentiment
Ink : Archival jet black and SU Whisper White pigment ink
Stencil : The Crafters Workshop/Jaime Echt Mini chickenwire
Paint : Fresco Finish chalk acrylic in 3 light colors

Black cardstock from Ellen Hutson, pink mat is from a background I made during my baby wipe/embossed challenge.

Thanks for the challenge Heidi!

The animals and the chicken wire really go well together! This was a neat idea to do the stenciling with the paint! It covers nicely and it is very matte finish. Great job!

Good job, I wondered if smaller stencils would work! You make it work well. Love the animals.
