Ann's Sept. Challenge - AS stamps

This is a stamp that I ordered recently, I didn't count on it having so much black. So I colored with pencils to give it some light. I have not previously spend so much time, finding paper to use as the background for an image. Finally found something that would do, if I added more blue ink. Then it looked so plain and more time was spend trying to find something to pop. And ended up with a little bow, that I tied. I now have a very large mess in my craft room. Oh my. I will now start to construct an architectural structure, using some of my bits and piece, I sure hope I have better luck. All in all I do like this project and will be using the stamp again.

This looks really nice, Ann! That's a very detailed image and I think it was such a good idea to use colored pencil to help bring out some of them and add some lightness to the piece. Fantastic job:-)

neat vintage image, like it in and arch shape, the yellow was a good choice for background

That is a cool stamp. I like how you colored it. I can picture it for Halloween with bats flying around and maybe a moon in the sky.

This is a neat stamp. I really like how you used the yellow to add light to the structure. I think it looks really nice. In addition to the Halloween ideas that Iring has, I think you could add a lot of little flowers to it and it would be nice for a wedding.

What an intriguing stamp image, Ann. TFS! I like how you colored the image & the arch shape so works. Upon viewing it, my thot to myself was wouldn't it be fun to make the doors to the 'consrvatory' openable by cutting & scoring the hinges so they fold. Great job, pal!
