Happy Birthday

Made this card for a friend's birthday. Stamped Image (Rubbernecker Stamps), and colored with copics. Adhered panel with foam tape to patterned paper matted to blue CS. Adhered punched corners to panel, and attached blue ribbon and HB Banner. TFL
