Watercolor flowers

This is the first card I made with the stamp Jan sent me for the RAK for Summerfest. I thought they were poppies, so I colored them in red, but then I looked up the stamp and they are supposed to be cosmos.

Supplies: Impression Obsession Cosmos, Hero Arts CL325 Paris stamp set, Versafine Black ink, Tombow water-based markers, Crate Paper DIY shop 6x6 paper pad, Elizabeth Crafts embossing folder, Nuvo glitter drops, other items from my stash.

This is so pretty! I love how you got the watercolor look and still kept a lot of the detail of the leaves. Your printed paper is the perfect backdrop.

This is beautiful! Long ago when I was in Spain, I asked what the gorgeous red flowers that were growing all along the roads were. I was shocked when they told me they were poppies. Here in California, poppies are bright orange; I'd never seen a red one. Your cosmos make great poppies. TFS. Daria
