Happy Birthday Card

The balloons are done with a fiskars edger punch and then painted with watercolor pencils and activated with water. I used gold liquid pearls for the strings. There are two rows of balloons with one in front of the other, I used foam on parts of them and glued parts down solid. The label is a Fiskars die and print die. The flowers are actually a hair barrette so she can wear it.
