Easter card for my husband

My husband and I still like to color eggs, even though we are empty nesters. He likes to get fancy with his eggs, dipping, dripping, etc! (and he just happens to have a mustache!) . I just had to buy this stamp! I stamped with Versafine Onyx black on watercolor paper and heat embossed with clear EP. Colored with Tombow markers and a paint brush. I stamped and embossed the sentiment the same way, fussy cut and mounted with foam tape. This is an A2 top folding card.

Inspired by Heidi's alcohol ink background cards. Thanks Heidi!

Stamp : The Egg Painter - Bloobel stamps/Joggles, sentiment - Craft Smart/Michaels
Ink : Versafine Onyx Black
Background : distress oxide on glossy paper burnished with Distress glaze
Die : Avery Elle Wonky Stitches

TFL!

Oh yay ,glad you got the wonky stitched dies! They are my most used die. I love your image and how fun that your DH likes to color his eggs meticulously! I like how your background turned out on the glossy paper. I hadn’t tried that technique. Perfect for this card!
