Son-in-laws birthday

My son-in-law had a birthday last week so I also made this card while visiting. Stamps are Art Impressions, colored with Tombow markers, and blended with a wet brush. I made the mat by coloring another piece of watercolor paper with a dark blue Tombow marker.
