Swipe & Wipe went 'South'

I did this for a challenge. We had to create a stamped piece without any layering.

I opted to do use the swipe & wipe technique. It all went well until I swiped the crayon-colored composition with a blue Distress Ink.

It just seemed to stick to everything & oblitate the images. Still not sure what went wrong.

I think this is painting Santa when the lights are turned out?

It is an interesting look but I can understand why it isn't what you were going for. Thank you for sharing.

I wonder if you could use a brush and bleach to lighten the white areas; you I think it would be cool. TFS. Daria.

Bummer about the swipe and wipe not going according to plan. And I just have to say, it looks like Santa is wearing leopard print pants. Very Happy
