Creative Challenge - Slimline and Case

I finally was able to upload this card in the gallery! I used a new set of sealife stamps (no brand). They were fussy cut and colored with alcohol markers. I made the "porthole" using the Gina Marie stitched circle die. Added ribbon to the bottom and enamel dots for bubbles. The saying was computer generated.
