Birthday card for a friend

December birthdays! I'm late with this one.

I used a bubble background! So glad I had it! The bluish background I pieced in was distress ink on a nonstick mat, wrinkle free distress? Background, balloon and sentiment dies are Dare 2B Artzy.
The balloon string is from the Poppystamps string ornament.
