Stamps: Recollections Hat rubber stamp, Hero Arts sentiment

Fiskars scallop border punch

Stamped hats and fussy cut. Cut a strip of 2 inch by 5.25 inch patterned paper. Punched white cardstock and applied border to back of pp with double stick tape on both sides. Applied panel to card base.

Stamped Happy Birthday onto white cardstock and cut into thin strip. Used scissor to cut flag. Arranged the sentiment and images and applied with double stick tape.
