SU Stamp Camp Cards

I went to a Stampin Up stamp camp last week. Here are the cards we made (not all SU products). The theme this month was "very vintage". We used map paper and catalog paper.

On the top card, the front of the card is cut short and the border stamp is on the inside of the card. The band flips over the front to close the card. Because the catalog (violins) paper was very thin, we didn't use adhesive on it. Instead the photo corners are holding it in place. I thought that was a good tip.

The "road" across the top of the map paper is washi tape.

The floral sentiment piece on the happy birthday card was colored lightly with colored pencils. That card also used a small piece of embosed cardstock that looks like crumpled paper (under the gingham ribbon).

The demonstrator always gives us a strip of patterned paper to decorate our envelop flaps.

TFL!

these are all fantastic, of course my favorite is anything vintage, like the use of the map background too!

All your cards are wonderful! You don't see vintage much anymore. I need to make some. Very Happy
