INK22-A Play On Vellum

Playing with some more vellum pieces for Beth's challenge.
This is another mini slim card.

The inner vellum piece was cut from the first vellum challenge I posted.
I embossed the background layer with a flowery Sizzix folder and rubbed Kitsch Flamingo distress ink over the top.
I added 1/8 in score tape to the edges of the white focal panel and embossed with Brutus Monro Gilded powder. Happy Birthday (Creative Expressions) was cut from black glossy cardstock. The focal panel is adhered with foam tape.

Having fun with my vellum while it's out.
