Sept KIAE Received

From the kit: Image, ribbon, confetti.

The image was stamped in memento brown ink on watercolor paper. A happy accident showed me that when you wet this ink, it will separate out into color which looks like plum. So I purposefully wet the lines with my waterbrush to get this effect.

The paper is Gina K and I thought the colors went perfectly. THe ribbon and bits of shiny confetti were the perfect finishing touches.

Great share on how color changes when wet. I like your card. I would love to see the cornicopia image colored in using the great BG as an inspiration. Wink

That pp is fantastic. Yeah, I didn't realize the memento ink would bleed if wet until I was working with it on something else. Sorry. I would have used Stazon but my brown need reinker.

As Bob Ross would say what a happy accident. (aging myself here). I like the image left as is with the ink kind of "run". Thank you for sharing.

Gotta love happy accidents! I like how the image matches that gorgeous background paper.

That is so neat that you can use water for it to bleed --- I really like the effect it makes! I have to try this! TFS!
