Oldies Challenge - August

Tried a new technique on this one. Been reading about using the craft foam to make stamps and that is what I did. I used a die cut that I bought on sale when Archievers closed. It is Caged Bird by Sizzix (Tim Holtz Alterations. Using the negative part of the die, I stamped with JoAnn Craft Essential White ink and then colored with pencils. I found this particular bird paper in my bird drawer and felt it went well with the colored image. Added stamp and bling. When posting the picture I noticed one piece of bling flew off somewhere between my craft table and my scanner. It has been added now.
