I stamped the balloon with memento luxe wedding white ink. i colored the balloons with prismacolor pencils and added some white stars to the balloons with colorbox pigment white ink.
Sentiment is from Hero Arts, I blended some stars onto the piece with a Heidi Swapp stencil.
