BEINF14- Bookem Challenge-Read Tag

All the stamping was done with brown ink, the images were colored using H2Os. The background is done with acrylic paint using a stencil. I stamped the read with black and then decided it was too dark and went over it with my finger using gesso. It looks better in person than in the scan.

I really like the collage and the words that pertaining to reading, discover etc, that are so right for a bookmark. The pop of aqua is just the right amount of color for this project.

This is lovely! I love the vintage feel of this. The colors and images flow so well together. Love the ribbon at the top, it gives a nice masculine feel. TFS and taking my challenge Smile
