Christmas Tree

I had so much fun with this technique on the die cuts that I decided to make some backgrounds with it. I decided to keep the image small so that the background could show.
The image was stamped with Versamark and embossed with a green metallic embossing powder. I added stickles for the star and ornaments. Because I got embossing powder in spots I didn't want it and it left a mark when I wiped it off, I fussy cut the tree. The tree stamp is by the Stampin Place.

Really neat! and it is perfect the direction you chose for the BG, b/c I think it accents the way the brush stroke of the christmas tree.

That background is oh so cool! I think it was a happy accident that you had to fussy cut the tree. I really like it that way!
