Framed Fairy

For the mixed-media challenge, I started with frame I made by punching a piece of recycled cardboard.

I applied several dimensional paints, moved them with a stylus. Allowed to dry, I applied more paint to build texture.

The fairy is a combination of 2 stamps--colored with markers & crayons.

The frame turned out wonderfully. And the fairy goes inside the wonderful frame perfectly. Thank you for doing the mixed media part. And thank you for sharing.

Did you do this for Sadie's challenge? Like the others I love the texture and colors of the frame. Did you add the glue with the paint? Or is that the background for the fairy? Pretty piece!

I really love the frame. Such a great idea for this mixed media challenge too. SO much texture in person.
