Christmas All Year, March 2015; Letterpress

This is for Cindi’s Christmas All Year Challenge for March 2015. I used the prompt (for the first time ever) to use the letterpress technique this month.

Card:
4 ¼” x 5 ½”
Bazzill cardstock (base and letterpress mat)
Neenah Classic Crest Solar White –mats

Letterpress Technique:
Spellbinders Impressabilities, Snowflake
Color Box Pigment Ink, Frost White
This didn’t turn out as vibrant as I had hoped for, but it still worked for a background.

Focal Image:
Tim Holtz Alterations Die by Sizzix, Winter Wonder
DCWV The Glitzy Glitter Stack, Neutrals

Sentiment:
Purple Onion Designs
Versamark Ink
Rangers Embossing Powder, Seafoam White

TFL.

Very frosty and shimmery! Your background works great with your die cut snowman and snowflake! Thanks for playing and using the letterpress technique!

I really like how subtle the background came out. It lettes the sparkly snowman take center stage while still providing a perfect snowy backdrop.
