Christmas All Year 2015-Die Cut Card 1

I started with a piece of patterned paper, it is tannish with a really light pattern of Christmas words from a 6 x 6 pad made my My Mind's Eye called All Is Bright. The tree and star are dies from Tim Holtz called Festive Scribbles. The joyful is a die cut also from Tim Holtz called Holiday Words 2. I stamped the backgrounds with a stamp that has 3 snowflakes in Momento Toffee Crunch. I embossed the star with a yellow from Stampendous. I embossed the tree with Topiary Green embossing powder by Personal Stamp Exchange. I embossed the joyful with Red also from Personal Stamp Exchange. I am surprised they worked so well since they are at least 20 years old. I stamped the Merry Christmas with a rubber stamp with no manufacturers name also using the Toffee Crunch from Memento. I put a red jewel for the dot on the joyful. I inked the outside before mounting on a white card base.

Thank you for looking.

I love what you did with these! the EP gives such a nice texture to them. Good idea to use a gemstone to dot the J! I got so excited when I saw these diecuts in my envelope!

I really like those dies. The scribbles really are joyful. Great idea to get out those embossing powders!
