Wf stencil surprise challenge

I used stencil for the polka dofs. I used a Tombow marker and rubbed across the top of it, then spritzed it. Let dry and I added various stamps, paint splatters with a brush and also a fee streaks. I hand wrote the numbers with a black sharpie
