Surprise March ATC with Bokeh

I cut 2 ATC size pieces--1 from green CS & 1 from glossy CS.

I used alcohol inks to make a BG, then did Bokeh with stenciled circles & white paint (Tulip Slick) using my fingertips to apply the paint.

The under butterflys are StazOn (dark blue). The over b-flys are EP over Versamark. The EP is Judikins Rustique Patina Jade which has a distressed look.

The top ATC was cut with a blade & appled to the green base so the under ATC shows.

ooo! this is beautiful! I like your frame to accent the butterflies---really draws your eye in! and that is so cool the embossed butterflies! TFS!

I really like your background. I think the light look of the bokeh dots (for lack of a better term) really is effective! I like how the butterflies feign being out of focus too, by being stamped twice.

I really like how the butterflies are stamped and then embossed a bit off. The green mat makes a great window to the butterflies and bokeh.

This is even better looking in person!i love the mix of colors and the layered butterflies. Fab cutting skills! I thought you had used a die. I would be missing a finger if I did that by hand! Thanks for sharing this with me:-)
