Alcohol inks 7; color with AI

For the background, I used mod podge to attach tin foil to a piece of comic book board. Then I embossed it with a Cuttlebug embossing folder. Then I inked it with Meadow, Juniper, and Clover. The alcohol inks did not adhere very well to the tin foil.

The die cut piece was cut from a piece of comic book board covered with "dirt" paper towel. I attached the paper towel with mod podge and while it was wet, I added some perfect pearls.

The image is by Kraftin Kimmie and colored with Copics. The sentiment is by Riley and Company. I added the sequins because I accidentally tapped the image with the grey marker.

This is going to be my sister's (the crazy marathon runner) birthday card.

I like the repetative background patterns on this one. I haven't had problems with the foil and Ai before but always felt the foil require strong vibrant colors due to all the reflection. I do find it hard to photograph.

I love the dirty papertowel! I've only tried foil once with AI and I too had trouble. Love the embossing--great card!

I like your image and sentiment. Gave me a nice chuckle. I really like the die cut lattice. TFS!
