INK Second Chance--Bisque Pottery Technique

I used the bisque technique on this card. It didn't come out perfect but I still like it. I used Distress Shabby Shutters to ink the embossing folder. I used a brayer and inked it and ran it through twice but it still came out blotchy. I used the Georgia Pacific cardstock.
I cut it down to fit the center of the card. Used a piece of ribbon underneath and the sentiment on top. Then stamped and cut the two poinsettias for the corner.

I think it looks neat too, especially because it is a green highlight on a red and white card. I have that stamp! Very nice sentiment too.

I love the cheerful look of this card with all the white and red. One of my favorite "Bisque" pieces didn't come out right at all, but I loved the distressed look it had. Thank you for playing. Daria

I have the same problem with distress inks they just don't get good coverage on the plastic, your flowers are lovely!

I really like how you cut the piece down to a square for the center of the card. Those poinsettias are beautiful.
