Die Cut Swap-November 2015-Tree Card 2

The top banner and bottom panel is from a piece of scrapbooking paper. The dies are Tim Holtz. I backed them with the same red as the card base. I wanted the other panel behind so I didn't want to see that behind the die cut banner and panel.

The center panel is a piece of watercolor paper. I stamped the trees using a KaiserCraft stamp and jet black archiver ink. I inked the background using tumbled glass, salty ocean, and faded jeans. I used the small spritzer to make it seen like soft snow in the background. I then painted the ornaments using Derwent Graphik paint pens.

The snowflake die cuts are embossed with white embossing powder. The snowflakes are from Far North. I mounted the three pieces on a piece of red cardstock.

Thank you for looking.

Such a cool look with the patterned paper below and above the image. The snowflakes are the perfect touch.

The die cutting on the patterned paper looks great. Your coloring is wonderful--that background sky has so much texture, and the blending is beautiful. Everything works so well together. TFS. Daria

Those trees cut from patterned paper are really eye catching as are the top and bottom panel. TFS
