Winter Holiday Cards in July Challenge--SU Cozy Christmas

I made six of these to start off this year’s Winter Holiday Cards in July Challenge. The Discussion Thread can be found here: http://duhnproductions.com/forum/index.php?topic=959.0

CARDS:
4 ¼” x 5 ½”
Card Base: Bazzill and Stampin’ Up! black cardstocks
Mat and Focal Piece: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock
Distress Ink to edge the mat: Black Soot

BACKGROUND:
Distress Inks for night sky: Weathered Wood, Frayed Jeans, Chipped Sapphire
Wink of Stella used for the splatter on the background: Silver
Mask for Moon: Therm-O-Web Masking Magic (Warning: The Masking Magic works great and is reusable, but do not use a punch with this product; it is too thin and jams the punch.)
Spellbinders Nestabilities Circle Dies to die-cut the moon

FOCAL IMAGE:
Stampin’ Up! Cozy Christmas stamp set
Versafine Onyx Black
Ranger Superfine Clear Embossing Powder (used only on one of the stamped images; the rest are not embossed.)

TFL.

The sponging is so pretty, and that is a great idea to use the wink of Stella marker in that way! You really got a great start on your Christmas cards!

Beautiful blended sky and I love how you put the stars in it with Wink of Stella!
