Stamp on Over Christmas Marathon, 2017

Once again, my friends and I enjoyed a Christmas Marathon Class at Stamp on Over in Sunnyvale. Geri and her helpers do a tremendous job preparing for these classes, and Geri always serves us a wonderful home-cooked lunch and snacks to keep us going.

All the cards are 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches. We were provided with card bases and mats and most of the die-cuts. It was a lot of fun, and I now have eight more Christmas cards.

This was the last card I made, and I was out of time. I stamped the tree and there was an empty spot where the stamp did not stamp. From what others said, they had the same problem. I used a Versamark pen to fill in the empty spot and heat embossed it again. That helped. Nora die-cut the star and gathered all the supplies I would need to finish the card at home. Thank you, Nora.

The rest of the cards are posted to my gallery at Scrapbook.com:

Very pretty card! I like the overall elegant feel. I really like the swirl background stamp. I think it might be Hero Arts, but if I find out, I might have to buy it! TFS!

Such a pretty card! I love the pearls and bling. I had to take a 2nd look at the background. I thought it was fancy paper. Nice clean stamping and embossing!
