Snow Globe

The background is resist watercolor paper that had designs on it. I used Color Bursts on it. The image was in my stash and again I don't know the company. I colored it with Spectrum Noir markers and fussy cut it. I tore white card stock for the snow banks and added Stickles glitter to them and to the snowman.
