Christmas Penguin

I used a piece of shaving cream background in my stash. I also had this red frame in my stash. I ran it through a dotted swiss cuttlebug embossing folder. I stamped the image from Sparkle N Sprinkle on white cs and cut it out using the Spellbinders small oval die. The image was colored with Spectrum noir markers. I added Stickles glitter to the hat.
