Ink19 Shaky
|
I made a frame using two stamps. One was the candy cane and one a group of small snowflakes. I punched a circle from a post-it note to mask the center. I used a die to cut the center out to make the shaker because my punch wouldn't reach! Luckily I had some SU foam shaker frames in the shape of a circle so that made it easier to make a circle shape (they are a ring of foam with adhesive on both sides).
I used a clear gel pen over the candy canes and white gel pen for Santa's beard and cuffs. Santa was colored with Prismacolor pencils.
The last part of the sentiment inside the shaker (and the box that is checked) says "fabulous".
Red seed beads, Diamond dust glitter and a tiny bit of Heidi Swapp snow fill the shaker.
Thanks for the challenge April! I think it's been a few years since I made a shaker card. The twist to stamp a frame for it was fun.
