Magenta Biddan Ridge

Card: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Bazzill Cardstock
Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock
The Paper Studio Kraft Cardstock

Stamps: Magenta Biddan Ridge; Studio G sentiment by Marah Johnson
Embossing Folder: Elizabeth Craft Designs Spring Leaves
Die: Die-namics Pierced Oval
Ink: Colorbox Fluid Chalk Ink (Dark Brown, Chestnut Roan, Dark Moss); Distress Inks (Antique Linen, Old Paper)
Tombow Markers: browns (997, 879); greens (98)
White fun foam (die cut and used to mount the oval)

I almost always stamp with Versafine ink, but the CB Fluid Chalk Ink stamped this image beautifully. I wiped the brown ink off the pine needles and tapped them with the Dark Moss ink pad, but that didn't match the mat I was using so I added a brighter green with a Tombow marker.

I used the Distress Inks around the focal image and around the insert on the inside.

TFL.

This image is wonderful, and I love how each individual one looks. The embossed backgrounds compliment each card beautifully. TFS

This is a great card set. I LOVE the image and the embossing folder! I want them! I really like the chalk inks too. I like how you added the green - a good tip!

Wow that bird is amazing! And I cannot believe the way the color box inks look! I always thought they'd be faint, but not here! I am currently thinking about some other pigment inks to try....I will be looking into Clorox now. Love the BG too!TFS!

very pretty embossing to frame these and I love how the image is coming off the oval with his tail!
