January KIAE Received Kit - Birthday Time

All items are from kit, except a couple brads and the sentiment.

I thought that each birthday is a time for change as you get a year older.

The paper panel arrived stamped with the clock and "Time." I added "Birthday" (Lawn Fawn Year Two, Archival ink).

I punched the side of the panel with a fiskars punch and then wove a strip of patterned paper through it. I then arranged the embellishments in a way that looked good to me and adhered the whole sheet to a card.

I added glossy accents to the clock face. It is kindof neat that it turned a slight brown color (I think the patterned paper bled out since it was a thick layer of glossy accents and it took forever to dry.) but that added to the steampunk look of this card.
