Christmas All Year 2015 September

Stamped image (Art Impressions) and watercolored with Peerless WC on WC paper. Edged square with blue ink, then adhered to WC square. Applied Star Dust Stickles for the snow. Adhered to patterned paper, then to blue mat, then to silver card base. Attached blue ribbon to panel. Image was adhered with foam tape. I made 8 cards of this image. TFL
