WF15 Bokeh

I am much happier with this background. You can see that I used smaller circles and I increased the pressure and coverage of the white ink as the circles got smaller. Way better result.

I did use the tape and it was easier, but I should have been more careful removing it! I will fix that somehow and use this in a project!
