Old Glory

Did this by using a chevron stripe stencil (Judikins) on large index card. The star field was punched with a handgrip punch. Field ink (DI Chipped Sapphire); Stripes (DI Barn Door). Cut the flag into strips & realigned them to simulate waving. Added shadows with DI (Tea Dye).

'Mom' is a rakked image I colored with crayons & swiped & wiped with Tea Dye before fussy-cutting.

Assembled all parts on the apple PP.

This is absolutely one of my favorites of yours! Love the patriotic project! I love the folds and the stencil you used for the stripes. The image reminds me of Minnie Pearl. TFS this! Very Happy

I would never have thought to cut the flag in strips and then reassemble to make it wave! What a great idea. Mom is colored perfectly. Thank you for sharing.
