Rubbernecker 3 Cats in Tree & Colored Pencils

I used one of Nora’s stamps to stamp this image. I had my niece in mind, and this card is for her.
I stamped and colored the image long ago, and I made the mat months ago when I was playing with my new Distress Oxide Inks and stencils.
