Spellbinders Merry Stitching Snowflake

I made fifteen snowflake cards. Although it doesn’t show up in the photographs, when the light hits the card, the silver mirror cardstock shines through the perforations in the Memory Box Pinpoint Snowflake background. It’s quite beautiful. (Card #4 shows a little bit of that.) Warning: Be prepared to run that MB die back and forth several times if you want it to pierce the entire design. Most of the chads came out, but even after using a brush on them, I still needed to use a piercing tool to remove many chads. It was worth the effort.

This card by Annie Willis inspired my layout:

I ran out of room to write this: If you are interested in seeing the other cards, they are in my gallery on scrapbook.com where they can all be posted in just one post. Aren't you glad I didn't post all of them here? lol.

So pretty! I can see a bit of the silver shining through in the upper right corner. I'm loving the variegated flosses. Had to smile at SU vellum! I like their vellum too! Beautiful sentiment in silver and the mixed fonts. Lots of steps, but worth it!
