Time Card-Oldies Challenge January 2015

The background on the big clock is done in the bargello technique after using my roller stamps to stamp 4 different stamp rollers and then cutting them into 1/2 inch strips. The card background is also done using the bargello technique. I used 12 inch paper and made the strips 12 inches so I would have enough after staggering to get a 6 inch square. The two bigger glue clocks are done using an embossing folder. The little blue clock is stamped and colored in light blue. The life circle is also the bargello technique with the life stamped. The stamps are all Tim Holtz as are the spinner and the metal corners.

Thank you for looking.

Oh wow, you went above and beyond with two bargellos in one! I really like the diagonal you created in the background. The clocks and colors are really great together. TFS!

Terrific card. I love the bargello--especially the more subtle colors you used on the time piece and the "life" circle. TFS. Daria

neat layering of all the different style clocks, like how the technique is used in the center of the biggest watch!

You did such an amazing job with the bargello. At first, I thought the card base was a comercially made pattern paper. And the bargello on the clock face is lovely. That sentiment is fabulous. Lovely card.
