Let it Snow

I made this background awhile back after getting the birch tree bakground stamp from Simon Hurley. This background is one that you can use as a whole background or take out parts of it to stamp. I used 2 of the birch trees, colored them in with my Versa Mark pen and added white ep to the trees. I went in and blended oxide colors for the sky and splatted the bg with water to make it look snowy. The stamp is very old and I do not know the company. The snowman was fussy cut, colored with alcohol markers and pop dotted to the card.
