WF15 Gesso Resist and Something Old/Something New

I combined this card in 2 challenges -- gesso resist and something old/something new. The gesso resist is a new technique for me. It worked very well and was fun. The resist are the vines in the background. The stamp is a very old stamp I have had that I bought online many years ago. I don't know if the company exists anymore. Thanks for fun challenge!

Beautiful! That is one of my favorite color combos and it is great for the lady's outfit! Your gesso backgroudn turned out great!

Lovely! I love the background with the resist (Resists in general are one of my very favorite techniques--work like magic), and the shading is so beautiful. Your image is pure elegance, and I love the details you added to her hat and the border at the top; they add dimension and to keep to the elegant feel of the card. Thank you for playing. Daria

Wow, this turned out great! I love the stamp you used for your resistant and the color combo. That's a really pretty image! I love the accessories you added to her with the pearls and her hat! Pretty card, thanks for taking my challenge Smile

Your gesso resist came out lovely. And your lady stamp is so elegant and you accessorized her beautifully.

All of your elements work so well together as does the combination of the two challenges
