Happy Birthday - Card front

I used the Joseph's coat technique with Hero Arts circles stamp and embossing powder, then coating with black ink. I used some of the same striped paper from the background to paper piece the Hero Arts cupcake.

If you had not shared that this was an 'inked' PP, I would swear you used a diecut overlay to alter the PP. This is spectacular! And excellent to use the same PP on the cupcake.
