June ATC Swap Black Magic Posies

I saw a sample of this technique that used 2 step stamping, so I decided to try it with an SU two step stamp set, Botanical Blooms.
I stamped the solid flowers and leaves with white pigment ink, dried with a heat gun, colored with Cretacolor watercolor pencils (dry, no water), then overstamped the flower and leaf outlines with white pigment ink. I used a white gelly roll pen to hand draw the stems and a few extra little dots. I border punched the top side of the black piece and mounted to green cardstock cut to ATC size.

Ink : Hero Arts Unicorn white pigment
Stamps : SU Botanical Blooms
Punch : Martha Stewart Pansies border punch
Gems : Hero Arts

I enjoyed this technique!

This is so neat--stamping, coloring & more. The border punching is great on the green base. WTG, Cindi

So cool you used the 2 step stamping---it looks fantastic. I love the border and the tiny rhinestone in the center of each flower. and to top off that I love pansies and get to have this beautiful creation of them, is so great for me--thank you!

This is very pretty and sort of fragile looking. TFS

I really like how the 2 step stamping worked with the technique. I really like that purple on the flowers. Lovely.
