INK15 Masking

Masked the Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Crazy Birds to watercolor paper, and colored with Peerless Watercolors. Stamped birthday quotes (Hero Arts), and adhered punched corners, then mounted to purple card stock. Embellished with sequins. TFL
