WF16-NTV - Orange Valentines Card

I started with a piece of watercolor paper and stamped and embossed the three small hearts from Dina Wakely and used the stalk from a Tim Holtz flower stamp set. I heat embossed using Ranger ultra fine embossing powder in white. I then used the orange from the Sakura Koi watercolor set to watercolor the background. After that dried I wiped off the embossed hearts so the white showed through. I then used Memory Box stitched rectangle dies to cut that piece down. I picked out a couple patterned papers to go with the orange and also cut them using the Memory Box dies. I stamped Happy Valentines on the smallest piece and used an enamel heart on the heart on the arrow. I tied some orange and white twine around the panel and put it all together.

Thank you for looking.

This came out fabulous. I really like the orange. Great idea adding flower stems to the hearts. If you hadn't mentioned it, I would have thought the hearts came like that. I love the pp you used for the sentiment and the enamel heart is a sweet touch on the arrow. Lovely card.

The Orange is fresh and fun for Valentine's Day! The enamel heart over the arrow is adorable!

I love how you added stems to the hearts. What a great idea. That would work for all kinds of things. Get inspiration.
