WF16 BINGO Birthday with a Twist

I made this for my husband's birthday and the BINGO twist challenge. It is A10 size.

The three embellishments I used are:
1. Glitter (not showing so well in the photo but nice in person, there is Wink of Stella silver glitter on the propeller piece and clear glitter pen on the woman's earrings.)
2. Fiber - attaching the banner to the airplane
3. Die cuts - clouds (Impression Obsession)

Stamps are Art Impressions colored with Tombow Markers. The airplane is paper pieced and the propellor is glittered and popped up. Printed paper is Studio Calico Snippets collection except for the banner which was stamped on a small scrap of SU paper. TFL! Thanks for the challenge April!
