Ink blended Anniversary

I would have never thought of blending a background like this prior to Jan's challenge during AIR16. Thank you Jan! I've been in the mood to blend!

I stamped the image on a white card base thinking it would be a clean card, ha! Smudged black ink near the bottom so I cut and embossed with a wafer thin die.
I fussy cut a mask from book cover contact paper gifted from djc, years ago. Sponged a sort of rainbow shape over the lambs. Then I masked the sky and inked the grass. I used Distress inks and sponge daubers. Colored with tombow markers.

Stamp : Pure Innocence for My Favorite Things - lambs, heart and sentiment

TFL!

This is charming, sweet, and beautiful! Your ink blending is perfection. What a great idea to use that book cover stuff for masking! I still have a bunch of that. I wonder where . . . TFS. Daria
